Elisha is an ice nymph belonging to.
Just so no one gets confuse........HE's a GUY.
Medium: prisma markers, pastels, white and blue ink with technical pen.
Edit: For those who wondered how i made the white highlights and lighting effects. I used white and light blue pastels to achieve the gradient.
